Q: How long will my order take ?

A: After Payment has been made and your artwork has been approved by us and you are happy to finalise everything, please give us a lead time of 2 - 3 weeks. If your order is time sensitive please let us know prior to payment.

Q: What graphic file should I send for my order ?

 A: Our graphics department will create FREE virtual mockups within 24 - 48 hours of placing your order. Although we work with all types of artworks, we prefer your artwork to be in a vectored format such as, PDF, .Al, EPS,. We also accept JPG, TIF, PNG.

Q: Will I see my virtual mockup before my order goes into production ?

A: Absolutely, unless this is a repeat order which we will always send an ‘e-proof’ of your item to approve prior to production.

Q: What is a pre-production sample ?

A: We can produce a physical sample of the item you want to order, printed with your logo ready to go. Pre-production samples usually incur a fee, in addition to the cost of your item and can add an additional week to your order process. Pre-production proofs are not recommended for exact repeat orders, or rush orders. Please contact us if you would like a pre-production sample.

Q: Do I have to order a minimum quantity (MOQ) ?

A: Although we do stick with our MOQ guidelines, if you have specific order requests please get in contact with us.

Q: What countries do you ship to ?

A: We ship to most countries globally, however if you are unsure please check this with us.
